"Ball So Hard" 35th Birthday Celebration

Once again at the fabulous Atrium at Treetops. This was truly a "Let There Be Light" moment. Everything was lit. This 35th birthday celebration featured pipe and drape with red uplighting and a custom gobo. Guests were greeted by red carpet a front a custom step & repeat. The lounge furniture consisted of leather loveseats accompanied by red led coffee and cocktail tables and red bar stools. Bar service took place on a 6ft red LED bar.  Outside there was red uplighting on the buildings facade and search lights. And don't let me forget the DJ who was very on point. Finally, check out the Christian Louboutin hightop shoes birthday cake. "What the what!"

Showtime Adds a Little "Sizzle" to the Millionaires Leadership Conference at the Washington Convention Center

We were contacted by corporate planning extraordinaire Alicia Gaskins-Barmore of Favour Events to add a little "Sizzle" to the stage for this annual millionaires leadership training at the Washington Convention Center. She made the request and we delivered. Pipe and drape with blue uplighting and LED spandex columns set the stage.

Sweet Sixteen @ The Sheraton Baltimore North

I was going through my files and found this video of a Sweet 16 earlier this year. Despite the quality of the video camera I was using at the time, this was really a nice party. The birthday girl wanted a club feel so we brought in vertical trussing uplit with spotlights and moving head party lights mounted on top. A colored strobe was used for the dance floor with purple uplighting around the room. She also had two custom gobos and a red carpet for the grand entrance. To top all of this off, she was presented with a brand new Jeep.

The Best New Years Eve Party Ever: The Champagne & Satin New Years Eve Gala

I don't even know where to start with this one. New Years Eve 2011 was just a night to remember. The Champagne & Satin New Years Eve Gala hosted by Dr. Kester and Kisa Crosse, MD and Bates & Garcia, LLC at The Hotel at Arundel Preserves allowed Showtime Events to really strut our stuff. We used ice blue uplighting around the room with textured gobo lighting on the walls and ceiling to add mood and dramatic effect. There were four vignettes of lounge furniture consisting of leather benches, ottomans and LED cubes accented by satin pipe and drape. The center of the room showcased our curved leather benches,LED cubes and ottomans which housed the party's hosts. High cocktail tables with spandex covers along with a subtle light show for the dance floor filled the gaps to make this one of the DMV's premier New Years Eve hot spots. The crowd was classy, the DJ was all-pro, the Hotel's staff was on point and the food was mouth watering. Don't miss 2012!
